Who we are:
Ziker Research provides customized research and evaluation services designed to measure learning and improve academic and social-emotional outcomes for all students, including those underrepresented in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and computer science (STEM & CS). We collaborate with school districts, universities, community colleges, state departments of education, and industry partners to conduct research and report findings that can advance knowledge and catalyze action. Our expertise includes developing tools and resources for measuring the impact of STEM initiatives, promoting data literacy, and translating research to practice. We provide technical assistance and training through workshops, webinars, and convenings that bring stakeholders together to understand problems and find solutions through collaborative approaches using improvement science. We specialize in co-designing, field testing, and implementing innovative surveys and assessments using the principles of Evidence-Centered Design and Universal Design for Learning.
